Through the past days of the Sharon fellowship Region....

Sharon Fellowship UAE Region is a joint fellowship of all the Churches of sharon, located in the seven emirates of the UAE among the global Sharon Fellowship churches. Some around 1986,when a small group of young people gathered in a villa in Deira, Dubai and started praise and worshiping the Lord. These days many did not think that, it may mark Sharon Fellowship Church in the pages of the history of Pentecostalism in the UAE. The beginning of Sharon Fellowship in UAE was this small group where about 50 believers worshiped under the leadership of Pastor: K S Chacko.

In the following days, Pastor Joykutty, who was working in Fujairah, came to Dubai and led the service, but he could not continue due to travel difficulties. After that, Pastor Jacob Oomen, who was in Dubai for some years from 1988, took over this service.Then when there was a need for a permanent minister, Brother Mathew George (Rajan), who was an active member of the Daira community, got to know Pastor Mathews George (Mohan Mayalin) through Pastor Sam Thomas and invited him to be a church minister. He was the ordained minister of Sharon Fellowship Church, who was involved in the expansion of the Sharon Churches in early stage at kerala, and took up the new task with joy.

During these periods when the Sharon Fellowship Church did not have a meeting in the UAE, as a result of the efforts of Pr. Mathews George and Br: Matthew George, this community later decided to work together with the Sharon Fellowship Church and then for further action, this is communicated with the former president of the Sharon Fellowship church , Late Pr. T.G. Koshi.Then on 29-03-1993 this church was approved and registered as Sharon Fellowship Church Dubai in Dubai Trinity Church. This Thursday and Friday spiritual gathering became the first congregation of the Sharon movement in the UAE.

Church activities were expanded under the leadership of Pastor Mathews George. A few years later, after getting a hall in Sharjah Union Church, God gave an opportunity to start Sharjah Sharon Fellowship Church and after that Satwa Sharon Fellowship Church was formed. In 1999 February Ist Abudhabi church also tied under UAE region.Today these churches stand as the strongest congregations of the Sharon Fellowship in the UAE.

Pastor Mathews George's 13 long years of sincere work laid a solid foundation for the UAE region. Pr.Joy George, who is now resting in eternity, then led the congregation and was assigned as the region pastor from 2005 to 2008.

In 2011, the UAE Region was formed under the leadership of Pr. Jacob George Muntakal, who became the first regional pastor of the recognized UAE Region. He was accompanied by Pr: Gilbert George as the first UAE Regional Secretary.Later days can be considered as golden days in the history of Sharon Fellowship UAE region. The activities CEM, Sunday School and sisterhood gained strength during this period, various independent congregations merged in the UAE region and congregations sprung up in all 7 emirates of the UAE. In 2023, after the return of :Pr. Jacob George from UAE, Pr. Johnson Baby was appointed as the UAE Region Pastor And Pr: Gilbert George remains UAE Region Secretary.

There are many facts to describe the faithfulness of God when he does not get tired of obstacles, does not break down in problems, and walks long paths. Today, there are sixteen congregations under the UAE region in three centers: Abu Dhabi, Dubai-Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah.The expansion of the region's activities in all the emirates of the UAE is commemorated with great devotion.

Pr. Shibu Varghese ( Abu dhabi) Rev. Dr. K.B. Georekutty (Dubai- Sharjha) and Pr. Gilbert George ( Ras Al Khaimah ) is ministering as the center pastors in these three centers. Strong leadership, active fellowship and non-profit partnerships distinguish the Sharon Fellowship UAE Region.

ശാരോൺഷിപ്പ് റീജിയൻ നാൾ വഴികളിലൂടെ.....

ആഗോള ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ് സഭകളിൽ യുഎഇയിലെ ഏഴ് എമിറേറ്റ്സുകളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട നിൽക്കുന്ന ദൈവസഭയുടെ സംയുക്ത കൂട്ടായ്മയാണ് ശാരോൺ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് യുഎഇ റീജിയൻ. 80 കളുടെ ഉത്തരാർത്ഥത്തിൽ ഏകദേശം 1986 ൽ ഒരു കൂട്ടം യുവജനങ്ങൾ ദുബായ് ദൈറയിലുള്ള ഒരു വില്ലയിൽ ഒരുമിച്ചുകൂടി കർത്താവിനെ ആരാധിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ യുഎഇയിലെ പെന്തക്കോസ്ത് ചരിത്രത്തിൽ ശാരോൺ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് ചർച്ചിനെ അടയാളപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ചരിത്ര താളുകൾ ആകുമെന്ന് അധികമാരും വിചാരിച്ചിരുന്നില്ല. പാസ്റ്റർ:കെ എസ് ചാക്കോയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഏകദേശം 50 ഓളം വിശ്വാസികൾ ആരാധിച്ചു വന്നിരുന്ന ഈ കൂട്ടായ്മയായിരുന്നു ശാരോൺ ഫെലോഷിപ്പിന്റെ യുഎഇയിലെ തുടക്കം.

തുടർന്നുള്ള നാളുകളിൽ ഫുജൈറയിൽ പ്രവർത്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന പാസ്റ്റർ ജോയിക്കുട്ടി ദുബായിൽ വന്ന് ശുശ്രൂഷയ്ക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽകിയെങ്കിലും യാത്രാക്ലേശം മൂലം തനിക്കു തുടരുവാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല . അതേ തുടർന്ന് 1988 മുതൽ ചില വർഷങ്ങൾ ദുബായിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന പാസ്റ്റർ ജേക്കബ് ഉമ്മൻ ഈ ശുശ്രൂഷ ഏറ്റെടുത്തു . തുടർന്ന് ഒരു സ്ഥിര ശുശ്രൂഷകൻ്റെ ആവശ്യം ഏറി വന്നപ്പോൾ ദൈറ കൂട്ടായ്മയിലെ സജീവ അംഗമായിരുന്ന ബ്രദർ മാത്യൂ ജോർജ്ജ് (രാജൻ) പാസ്റ്റർ സാം തോമസിലൂടെ, പാസ്റ്റർ മാത്യൂസ് ജോർജ്ജിനെ (മോഹൻ മായാലിൻ) പരിചയപ്പെടുകയും, സഭാശുശ്രൂഷകനായി ക്ഷണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ശാരോൻ സഭയുടെ ആദ്യകാല പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കു നേതൃത്വം കൊടുക്കുകയും, ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് ചർച്ചിൻ്റെ ഓർഡനെഡ് ശുഷ്രൂഷകനുമായിരുന്ന അദ്ദേഹം പുതിയ ദൗത്യം സന്തോഷത്തോടു കൂടെ ഏറ്റെടുത്തു.

ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് ചർച്ചിനു യു.എ.ഇ. യിൽ ഒരു കൂടിവരവ് ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന ഈ കാലഘട്ടങ്ങളിൽ പാസ്റ്റർ: മാത്യൂസ് ജോർജ്ജിന്റെയും, ബ്രദർ :മാത്യു ജോർജ്ജിന്റെയും ശ്രെമ ഫലമായി ഈ കൂട്ടായ്മ പിന്നീട് ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് ചർച്ചുമായി ചേർന്നു പ്രവർത്തിക്കുവാൻ സഭയായി തീരുമാനിക്കുകയും, തുടർനടപടികൾക്കായി ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ്പിൻ്റെ മുൻ പ്രസിഡന്റ്‌ ണ്ടായിരുന്ന Late പാസ്റ്റർ :ടി.ജി. കോശിയുമായി ആശയവിനിമയം നടത്തുകയും,29-03-1993ൽ ഈ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിനു അംഗീകാരം ലഭിപ്പാനും ഇടയായി. അതിനു ശേഷം ദുബായ് ട്രിനിറ്റി ചർച്ചിൽ ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് ചർച്ച് ദുബായ് എന്ന പേരിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്‌ത്‌ വ്യാഴം, വെള്ളി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ആത്മീയ കൂടിവരവുകൾ നടന്നു വന്നു, ഇതു ശാരോൻ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ യൂ എ ഈ യിലെ ആദ്യ ദൈവ സഭയായി മാറി.

പാസ്റ്റർ മാത്യൂസ് ജോർജ്ജിൻ്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ സഭാ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ വിപുലീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ചില വർഷങ്ങൾക്കു ശേഷം ഷാർജ യൂണിയൻ ചർച്ചിൽ ഹാൾ ലഭിച്ചതിനെ തുടർന്ന് ഷാർജ ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് ചർച്ചും, അതിനു ശേഷം സത്വാ ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് ചർച്ചും ആരംഭിക്കുവാൻ ദൈവം അവസരം നൽകി. ഇന്ന് ഈ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ശാരോൻ ഫെലോഷിപ്പിൻ്റെ ശക്തമായ രണ്ടു സഭകളായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു .

നീണ്ട 13 വർഷങ്ങൾ ലാഭേശ്ച കൂടാതെയുള്ള പാസ്റ്റർ മാത്യൂസ് ജോർജിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ യു.എ.ഈ റീജിയന് ശക്തമായ അടിത്തറ പാകി.സഭയ്ക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽകി.തുടർന്ന് സ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇപ്പോൾ നിത്യതയിൽ വിശ്രമിക്കുന്ന പാസ്റ്റർ ജോയ് ജോർജ്ജ് 2005 മുതൽ 2008 വരെ സഭാശുശ്രൂഷകനായി നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെട്ടു .തുടർന്ന് 2011 -ൽ പാസ്റ്റർ : ജേക്കബ് ജോർജ് മുണ്ടക്കലിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ യൂ .എ ഇ റീജിയൻ രൂപീകൃതം ആകുകയും അഗീകൃത യൂ എ ഈ റീജിയന്റെ പ്രഥമ റീജിയൻ പാസ്റ്റർ ആകുകയും ചെയ്തു തന്നോടൊപ്പം പാസ്റ്റർ: ഗിൽബെർട് ജോർജ് പ്രഥമ യൂ എ ഇ റീജിയൻ സെക്രട്ടറി ആയി ചിമതല ഏറ്റു. പിന്നീടുള്ള നാളുകൾ ശാരോൻ ഫെൽലോഷിപ് യൂ എ ഇ റീജിയൻ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ സുവർണ്ണ നാളുകളായി കരുതാം. പുത്രിക സംഘടനകളായ സി എം , സൺ‌ഡേ സ്കൂൾ , സഹോദരി സമാജം എന്നിവയുടെ പ്രവർത്തങ്ങൾ ഈ കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ ശക്തി പ്രാപിക്കുകയും,വിവിധ സ്വതന്ത്ര സഭകൾ യൂ എ ഇ റീജിയനിൽ ലയിക്കുകയും , യൂ എ ഇ യുടെ 7 എമിരറ്റസുകളിലും സഭകൾ ഉടലെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. 2023 ൽ പാസ്റ്റർ : ജേക്കബ് ജോർജ് യൂ എ ഇ യിൽ നിന്നും മടക്കിയപ്പോൾ പാസ്റ്റർ : ജോൺസൻ ബേബി യൂ എ ഇ റീജിയൻ പാസ്റ്റർ ആയി നിയമിതനായി .പാസ്റ്റർ: ഗിൽബെർട് ജോർജ് യൂ എ ഇ റീജിയൻ സെക്രട്ടറി ആയി തുടരുന്നു , പ്രിയ കർതൃ ദാസന്മാരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ യൂ എ ഇ റീജിയൻ പ്രവർത്തങ്ങൾ അഭംഗുരം മുന്നേറുന്നു. ശ്കതമായ നേതൃത്വo , സതീർത്ഥമായ കൂട്ടായ്മ , ലാഭേച്ഛയില്ലാത്ത സഹകരണങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ശാരോൻ ഫെല്ലോഷിപ്പ് യൂ എ ഇ റീജിയനെ വെത്യസ്ഥമാക്കുന്നു .""ഞാൻ എന്റെ സഭയെ പണിയും പാതാള ഗോപുരങ്ങൾ അതിനെ ജയിക്കുകയില്ല"" ..എന്ന തിരുവചന സൂക്തം ഇന്നും ഈ കൂട്ടായ്മയെ പ്രേചോദിതമാക്കുന്നു
