History

Established in 1991, the Ajman Pentecostal Assembly (APA) shines as a beacon for spiritual growth and community engagement. Founded by Pr. Baby Mathew, who serves as the President and Senior Pastor of the Church, it saw its formal dedication in 1993 in Sharjah, UAE, marking a pivotal moment in its history. With a rich history spanning over two decades, APA has evolved into a sanctuary of faith and fellowship. The weekly schedule is filled with transformative events, including the Tuesday and Friday Online Meetings on Zoom, Saturday's enlightening Sunday School sessions, and the uplifting Sunday Worship Meetings, all hosted at Union Church, Sharjah. In 2014, APA forged a meaningful affiliation with Sharon Fellowship Thiruvalla, India, further strengthening its ties within the global spiritual community. This affiliation has added a new dimension to the church's mission, fostering a deeper sense of connection and collaboration. Grounded in the foundational principles of faith, the Ajman Pentecostal Assembly (APA) Sharon Church thrives under the dedicated leadership of Pastor Pr. Baby Mathew. The church is guided by an elected committee, a devoted group committed to nurturing spiritual growth, fostering community bonds, and ensuring the well-being of the congregation. In the leadership of 2023, the elected Executive members comprises comprises Br. Reji Mathew serving as the Secretary, Br. Shaji Thomas handling the role of Treasurer, and a group of appointed Executive Committee members.
